Complaints and Concerns

Communication and dialogue can take place at any level within the organization, including Executive Members and our Board of Directors. To submit your inquiry:

  1. Start by contacting Customer Support for concerns related to general account, service and construction issues. Our employees welcome the opportunity to make it right and want to understand ways to help serve you better.
  2. For a more serious or complex complaint such as a breach of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy, the following options are available as outlined in SaskEnergy’s Whistleblower Policy.
